Milano Ranelagh
Our most recent creation for Gondola Restaurant Group UK. Teak parquet wall paneling combined with dramatic booth seats provide an intimate yet open space. Spread over 2 floors this is Milano's eleventh restaurant in Ireland with each one individually designed.
Tolteca
A new fast casual restaurant in Dublin City. This is the first of a planned Irish & UK roll out for the group based in Colorado USA. Materials used include polished concrete, frameless glass, subway tiles, salvaged lights & custom designed salvaged wall paneling.
Bewleys Coffee House
A new concept for one of Ireland's leading Coffee retailers who have traded since 1840. Located in Arnotts Department Store the concession was designed and project managed by 21 Spaces. A roll out is planned for the brand.
Cortinas
Combining polished teak walls and floors with exposed services, exposed breeze blocks and vivid colour blocking through cushions help make this a special restaurant. Spread over 300m2 and located in Dundrum Shopping Centre Cortinas opened in 2010.
Oceo Spa
Having won many international awards Oceo is one of Europe's most renowned Spas. Located at the Seafield Hotel, Oceo was completely designed & project managed by 21 Spaces to the highest international standards.
Milano Baggot St
Two distinct but different buildings are connected with matt white oak wall, floors and a 20m high gloss wine display to create a dramatic restaurant for Milano. The main feature however is a theatrical "timber hood" installation over the Pizza kitchen.
Seafield Hotel
106 Bedroom hotel designed and project managed within 18 months from brief to completion. Multi awarding winning project including European Spa of the Year and European Hotel Design Awards.
Gourmet Tart Co
The main design objective is to let the food do the talking with fine detailed counters and displays. Specialist bakery, casual restaurant and take out at Salthill, Galway. Materials used include walnut wide plank floors, corian counters and displays and 2 pac wall units.
Pizza Express Birmingham
250m2 restaurant in Solihull Shopping Centre. Continuing our close relationship with the Gondola Group we have been selected to design a number of restaurants in the England & Scotland, this is the first completed in 2009.
Milano Dun Laoghaire
Juxtaposing exposed concrete and fine detailed white oak counters help set the tone for this casual Pizza restaurant. The Pizza kitchen is defined with an illuminated ceiling making it "centre stage".
Real Gourmet Burger
Curved mahogany wall paneling and corian counters help make this a unique casual dining experience.
